What is Padel HIIT?

Exclusive to Padel Tennis Ireland, Padel High Intensity Interval Training is an expertly created and delivered fitness programme for adults. A hybrid of Padel and Gym, lasting 60 minutes, you can expect a high intensity, high calorie burning workout! Sessions will include on court Padel exercises, rotations on and off our state-of-the-art cardiovascular gym equipment. Like everything we do at Padel Tennis Ireland, Padel HIIT is for everyone – all ages, all abilities and all fitness levels are welcome! This innovative and global first fitness programme is for 8 participants’, making it super fun and social – while getting a great workout!
